Do you do walk-in orders?
Not at the moment unfortunately. All our products are only sold online for now.
Do you have a minimum order amount?
What are your delivery charges?
A flat $10 delivery charge is applicable for orders below $50 (not inclusive of delivery charge).
Free delivery on orders $50 or more (not inclusive of delivery charge).
Do note that we do not deliver to Tuas, Jurong Island and Sentosa Cove.
What are your delivery timings?
We deliver between 1-5pm daily.
How do I make changes to an order I have already placed?
Changes to orders will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
We are generally happy to accommodate changes in your order if we have not begun preparing it. There will unfortunately be no refund should the amended order be worth less than the original order.
When will I receive my order?
We will confirm your delivery details with you via phone or email within 24 hours after your order is received. You will receive your order on the confirmed delivery date and time.
What do I do if I never received my order?
Kindly contact us in the event you do not receive your order and we will seek to make reparations where necessary.
What do I do if I received a defective order?
Kindly contact us in the event you find your order to be defective, i.e., unfit for consumption or the items delivered are different from what you ordered, and we will seek to make reparations where necessary.
How should your products be stored?
All our bottled beverages should be kept refrigerated whereas our dry products should ideally be stored in a cool and dry environment away from light and heat.
What is the shelf-life of your products?
Our bottled beverages will taste best four (4) days from their brew date, which you may find on their affixed labels.
How are your products prepared?
All our beverages are handcrafted at our premises in compliance with relevant SFA standards by staff who have completed mandatory SFA food handling courses. We work actively with tea farms, other roasteries and reputable food suppliers to procure only the finest ingredients for use in our beverages.
